How do I request a group quote?
Initially, Air New Zealand will provide an indicative price only. The price will be subject to the booking class being available at the time of booking.
Submit your request for a group quote using our online form here and select ‘Group Quote Request’. Information fields marked with an asterisk (*) indicates a required field. When all the details have been completed, just click submit to transmit your request. Easy!
After submitting the quote request form, you will receive a response via email within two business days. Air New Zealand will provide an indicative price only. All quotes are subject to availability at the time of booking. Information on confirming your reservation and guaranteeing your price will be provided with the quote.
How do I request a group booking?
Air New Zealand will create the group booking and advise confirmation of seats, price and group conditions.

General Terms & Conditions:
A deposit of $100.00 USD per person is required ($150.00 USD per person deposit will apply to Premium Economy seats and $200.00 USD per person to Business Premier seats), to secure the space. Failure to pay the deposit by the payment deadline will result in the booking being cancelled without prior notice. To eliminate the need to pay a deposit, your group may ticket and pay in full prior to the deposit due date.
The preferred method of payment for deposit is by agency issued EMD or MCO. Wire payments and Credit Cards (no debit cards) may be accepted. Final payment required 45 days prior to departure.
A finalized name list per passport as well as date of birth and gender is required 60 days prior to departure.
Name changes are permitted prior to ticketing at no additional charge. Once ticketed, name changes are subject to a change fee of $75.00 USD per person (Air New Zealand itineraries only). We are unable to make name changes when other airlines are issued on the same ticket.
If you do not have ticketing facilities, Air New Zealand can issue electronic tickets for a fee of $35.00 USD per ticket. Any ticket request within 7 days of departure will be subject to a $50.00 USD ticketing fee.
Deviations / Changes:
Deviations and/or date changes may be permitted prior to ticketing. If the booked/ticketed class of service is not available, you may reserve the next higher class of service. Once ticketed, deviations/changes are permitted for a $100.00 USD fee. Any differences in fare will be collected, along with the deviation/change fee (if applicable). (Example for economy class – original booking class is G. G to S $75.00 USD, G to L $150.00 USD, G to T $225.00 USD etc.). Revalidation or reissuing of tickets by Air New Zealand will incur any applicable regional travel centre/airport service fees. Rerouting is not permitted except when adding a stopover on the return (see Stopovers paragraph below).
Stopovers One free stop-over permitted at Air New Zealand gateways (AKL, LAX, SFO, IAH and YVR). Additional stopovers are permitted in RAR, NAN, PPT, HNL at $100.00 USD per person plus any applicable deviation fees, and must return via direct flight to LAX in original class of service. If original class of service is not available, additional charges will apply (see fees in Deviation paragraph above).
Increasing the group size
Passenger increase is subject to seat availability and rates available at time of booking. Deposit payment will be required to be paid immediately to hold space for the additional passengers.
We will accommodate your seating preference on Air New Zealand operated flights whenever possible. At times, seat assignments for group bookings will be handled at the airport upon checking in. Pre-assigned seating on other airlines may or may not be available and must be requested directly through the operating carrier. Air New Zealand does not have access to seats on other carriers.
Tour Conductor Tickets
Tour Conductor tickets are dependent on the group size and negotiated fares. TC’s are offered on Air New Zealand operated flights only. Taxes and surcharges are additional. Non-Air New Zealand operated flights must be booked/purchased as a separate ticket by either the travel agent or the passenger.
Frequent Flyer Mileage
Frequent Flyer accrual miles are dependent on the airline and program enrolled. Refer to your rewards program for clarification on accrual point description.
